Carl Molyneux

Director

Carl is the Director of Red Rose Insurance Solutions and has overseen the growth and development of the business since it was founded in 2017.

As Director, Carl is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company and is involved across all areas of the business. His role is focused on ensuring the company operates smoothly, remains compliant, maintains high standards and continues moving in the right direction.

From supporting the team and reviewing internal processes to managing business operations and overseeing company performance, Carl helps ensure everything runs efficiently and that Red Rose Insurance Solutions remains on the straight and narrow.

Outside of work, Carl is a passionate Liverpool FC supporter, with his main hobby being travelling across the UK and Europe to follow the Reds. He also enjoys keeping fit through running and the gym and is a keen 8-ball pool player.

Carl is also proud that Red Rose Insurance Solutions supports a number of young sportspeople and teams across the local area, helping to encourage grassroots sport and invest in the next generation.

Phill Duxbury

Director

Phill is a Director at Red Rose Insurance Solutions and is one of the most recognisable faces in the business. Known by many clients as the company's "chatterbox", Phill has a friendly, approachable personality that immediately puts people at ease.

Passionate about what he does, Phill is committed to achieving the very best outcomes for every client. He believes life insurance shouldn't be confusing or overwhelming and takes pride in explaining protection in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way, helping clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.

Phill's enthusiasm, knowledge and genuine care for people have made him a trusted adviser to countless individuals and families over the years, with many clients returning to him and recommending him to friends and family.

Away from the office, Phill is a devoted family man who enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his daughter, especially supporting her newfound passion for football. He is also a proud Blackburn Rovers supporter and enjoys following the club whenever he can.

Phill's warmth, energy and commitment to doing the right thing are a huge part of what makes Red Rose Insurance Solutions the business it is today.

Jordan Howarth

Senior Protection Adviser

Jordan has been a valued member of the Red Rose Insurance Solutions team for over five years and is one of our Senior Protection Advisers. Passionate about helping people protect what matters most, Jordan is known for his solution-focused approach and his genuine commitment to delivering the very best outcomes for his clients.

He takes pride in building long-lasting relationships, taking the time to understand each client's individual circumstances before recommending the most suitable protection. His knowledge, professionalism and approachable manner have earned him the trust of countless clients over the years.

Away from work, Jordan is a proud family man and loves spending quality time with his one-year-old child. His interests include darts, football and rugby league, and he is a loyal supporter of both Blackburn Rovers and Leigh Leopards.
